About the Role

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist – Remote SkillBridge Internship Program. This 90-180 day job training program is designed for military service members who are transitioning from the military and looking to start a new career in the civilian world. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by accurately inputting and updating data into our databases and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
• Data Maintenance: Update and maintain data records as needed, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Data Quality Checks: Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of data entry processes and procedures, ensuring that all team members have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assistance: Assist with data-related tasks and projects as needed, providing support to the team and contributing to the success of our organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
