Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and performing daily duties that include maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department

  • Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Make daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
  • Route technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives

Schedule:

* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

  • Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)

Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)

  • Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
  • Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)

Remote Work Requirements:

* arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone

  • Candidates must provide:
