Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service / Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support through live chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in enhancing their overall experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat
