Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with visitors on our clients' websites via a Live Chat app, offering real-time assistance and support. Your key duties will include:

  • Interacting with customers through online chat, responding to their queries, and providing solutions to their problems
  • Assisting customers with product or service-related inquiries, offering links to relevant information, and providing discounts as needed
  • Utilizing tools such as Facebook Messenger to facilitate seamless communication with customers
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Essential Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you should have:

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
