Job Summary
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support outside of regular business hours. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries via email, and scheduling appointments with customers. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to think critically will be essential in resolving customer issues and providing a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and account changes
- Provide exceptional customer service and support outside of regular business hours
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience
- Perform miscellaneous office duties as needed

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
