Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently process customer data, while maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

* Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce to achieve business objectives

  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
  • Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather
  • Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
