Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
• Providing detailed information about arenaflex's products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and clients
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and data
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of arenaflex's evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
• Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
• A strong ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
• Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a commitment to learn and grow with arenaflex
• Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with a strong focus on customer support and satisfaction
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
