Responsibilities
As a Part Time Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that sales are captured by responding to customers and entering orders accurately and efficiently in SAP
- Resolving customer inquiries through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in SAP and/or contacting business units as appropriate
- Maintaining world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics
- Establishing and maintaining world-class customer relations by developing a rapport and actively listening to gain more information where necessary
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations
- Conducting safe and responsible interactions with the public
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
- No previous experience required, but a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in consumer products or distribution industry

As a Part Time Customer Care Associate, you will be accountable for meeting your own targets, and your work will be reviewed periodically. You will be able to define problems, identify solutions, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
