The Role

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for interacting with visitors on our clients' websites via our state-of-the-art online chat software, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. Your exceptional communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact daily with visitors on our clients' websites via online chat software, providing exceptional customer support in real-time

  • Handle multiple incoming requests for information, staying calm under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements:

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field

  • Familiarity with online chat software and customer support tools
