Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Learning our proprietary scripted dialogue system and scheduling attorneys for hearings
• Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to meet our high standards of customer support
• Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
• Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth
