As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to Amazon sellers through our chat platform. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective. Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers in making informed decisions and resolving issues effectively
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills to understand their needs and concerns
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our proprietary software to track and analyze customer data
• Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new features, updates, and promotions
• Following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
• Collaborating with our team to share best practices, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
• The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
• A reliable internet connection
• Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers through chat
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer issues
• Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Adaptability, with the ability to adapt to changes in customer inquiries and follow updated procedures as needed
• Positive attitude, with the ability to remain positive and enthusiastic even during challenging interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and chat platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
