Job Description

As an Experienced Full Stack International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for promoting sales to direct consumers through various channels, including webchat and phone. You will be working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, and will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote sales to direct consumers through webchat and phone, identifying travel needs and presenting/explaining arenaflex products and making travel recommendations.

  • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations to include meeting customer retention goals and following up with consumers as necessary.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining consumer prospect lists/contact database in order to identify client travel trends.
  • Proactively and consistently seek opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex products based on client travel history.
  • Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge in order to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products such as stateroom upgrades, onboard credits and other shipboard amenities.
  • Attend and actively participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training in order to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers.
  • Participate in department-approved mass e-mail campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years sales experience preferred. Cruise sales a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, in order to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally.
  • Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven.
  • Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Fluency in multiple languages, including English.

  • Experience working in a remote sales environment.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
