Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects that will challenge your skills and help you grow professionally. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing reporting requirements and best practices to drive business insights
• Architecting and implementing a reporting framework that meets the needs of our stakeholders
• Overseeing data mining efforts to uncover hidden patterns and trends
• Developing programs, methodologies, and documents for studying and sharing data insights
• Collaborating with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to define requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Data analysis, improvement of SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers, and document generation
• Developing programs, methodologies, and documents for studying and sharing data insights
• Data cleansing and validation
• Preparing data load scripts for mass data load from various data sources
• Using various database programs and analytical tools to drive business insights
• Enhancements and changes to structures and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A bachelor's degree in a field related to the job, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
• At least 7 years of experience in a technical challenge management role, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
• Expert experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL script development
• Familiarity with Microsoft development technology, including .NET, ASP.NET, and C#
• Experience with reporting technology, including SSRS
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and work in a team environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, organized, and awesome results
• Ability to mentor colleagues on requirements, best practices, and new-era concepts
• Understanding of usability best practices and user design
• Creative approach to problem-solving, innovation, and problem resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-controlled with a high degree of analytical potential and intellectual curiosity

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a technical challenge management role
