The Role

As a French Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our global customer base in multiple languages. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service through online chats, email, and social media
  • Addressing a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner
  • Taking ownership of customer issues, solving problems, and handling cases from start to finish
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participating in regular meetings and projects to drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

* Provide service to arenaflex's global customer base in multiple languages

  • Support any contact channel that arenaflex requires, such as email, social media, and live chat
  • Take ownership for customer issues, solving problems and handling cases from start to finish
  • Work collaboratively with the arenaflex team
  • Attend regular meetings with team members and managers
  • Participate in projects as assigned
