Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction.
• Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
• Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
• Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, performing tasks that may require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent diploma.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, with a strong ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency.
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
• Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market.
