The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and positioning new solutions that meet our customers' needs. Responsibilities:
* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
- Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience
- Provide information about current plans and products, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
- Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
- Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
- High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- Quiet, secured workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
