Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate – Work from Home (Seasonal). As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a seasonal position, with the possibility of overtime, and will require you to work extended hours and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer escalated emails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Work queues related to orders not shipping, including investigating and resolving issues
• Make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide updates on their orders
• Process TrustArc Requests and Order Updates
• Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily
• Utilize the telephone in customer contact and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience

• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and energy level, even in stressful situations
• Proficiency in using personal computers and basic math and business operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

• Experience working in a seasonal or peak call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
