Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including chats, emails, and calls. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling all inbound inquiries and establishing outbound communication to resolve problems and issues efficiently
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information to support customer service operations, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape
• Escalating complex issues to team leaders, managers, and other departments as required, ensuring seamless issue resolution
• Adhering to Quality Assurance standards and schedule set by the Team Leader
• Collaborating with the team to prepare and implement processes aimed at achieving team objectives, such as ticket deflection strategies and data-driven defect reduction initiatives
• Displaying excellent teamwork and communication skills, fostering a positive and supportive work environment

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to go above and beyond to solve complex problems
• Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written professional English and native language skills
• Great multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Knowledge or interest in blockchain, digital assets, and fintech industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
