Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels. You'll address card members' inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution. You'll also offer personalized assistance and guidance to card members regarding their accounts and financial needs, educating them on arenaflex products, services, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
