Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Executive Compensation & Analytics

Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to support Executive Compensation programs. Your primary focus will be on:

• Conceiving and developing analytical models to calculate incentive financial awards
• Building data visualizations to support analytical tasks and drive business insights
• Collaborating with HR Technology, Payroll, IT, and local teams to acquire data and transform it for analysis and calculation
• Developing and maintaining data visualizations to support business decisions
• Identifying new opportunities to leverage technology to enhance processes and improve efficiency

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in business, mathematics, economics, or data visualization
• Proficiency in SQL and one or more scripting languages
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex tasks and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Applied Data Science, or a related field

• Experience programming in TSQL and Python
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL, Code editors (Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio), Alteryx Designer, HR or Payroll data, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps, or other automated workflow solutions
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript experience a plus
• Project management experience
• Continuous Improvement experience
