Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Finance and Accounting Operations

Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading unique activities to drive finance upgrades and combinations across various groups. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing risk assessments and process investigations to identify proactive risk mitigation opportunities
- Suggesting risk-moderation activities and tracking their conclusion
- Creating, modifying, and maintaining the functional and operational viability of finance processes and controls
- Participating in the SOX 302 quarterly confirmations process
- Providing warnings on Controllership-related matters to Finance partners
- Coordinating with groups across IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure that recommended procedures are followed and executed
We're Looking for Someone Who Can
* Lead and drive finance upgrades and combinations across various groups
- Perform risk assessments and process investigations to identify proactive risk mitigation opportunities
- Create, modify, and maintain the functional and operational viability of finance processes and controls
- Participate in the SOX 302 quarterly confirmations process
- Provide warnings on Controllership-related matters to Finance partners
- Coordinate with groups across IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure that recommended procedures are followed and executed
Essential Qualifications
* BS/BA degree in accounting/finance/trade or related field
- 4+ years of applicable finance/accounting experience, with project management experience
- Experience in internal controls planning or execution
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Big 4 or similar review/business controls experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including engaging written and oral communication skills
- Group-oriented with the ability to work across global groups
- Experience with handling finance and approving finance input through yield
- Controllership foundation and earlier internal review experience would be a benefit
