Job Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
Data Analysis:
Own the weekly/monthly dashboards for key metric tracking and related deep dives
Data Visualization:
Automate data layouts and reports using various tools and technologies
Collaboration:
Engage with cross-functional teams to assist with running deep dives, testing hypotheses, and evaluating the impact of ML/model changes on key metrics
Data Storytelling:
Develop compelling data stories to inform business decisions and drive growth
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of business operations and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations
Collaboration:

Essential Qualifications:
