Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless data entry and processing, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a hybrid remote and on-site role, requiring occasional on-site work at our server farm office.
Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless data entry and processing
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a server farm environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels
Preferred Qualifications
* CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
- CompTIA Network+ and BICSI Installer 1 certification preferred
- Experience working in a server farm environment
- Knowledge of server farm cycles and configuration (power, cooling, redundancy)
- Experience with link management and knowledge of how to run fiber and copper in a server farm
