Key Responsibilities

As the face of our customer, you'll be interacting with our domestic and international passengers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. Your duties will include:

  • Interacting with Customers: Crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention through kind and beneficial interactions.
  • Stepping Up and Meeting Customer Needs: Anticipating and addressing customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Working with a Safety Mindset: Ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Navigating Challenges: Remaining calm and composed under pressure, and adapting to changing situations.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Working collaboratively with others to achieve success and support new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical Ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Legally Authorized to Work: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Attendance and Uniform Requirements: Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
