Job Summary

As a Sports-Minded Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide fast, friendly service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Use a lead-based system to meet with customers, greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales
  • Accurately complete, send, and file product and service order forms in accordance with our privacy and confidentiality guidelines
  • Work with fellow team members to set attainable customer outreach and acquisition targets
  • Enforce our values and exemplify them through every interaction between you and a customer, fellow team member, and client
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Evaluate our current onboarding and training procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Collaborate with the customer service department to develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships and sales cycles

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing position

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong sense of humor and ability to think on your feet
  • Results-focused, but also committed to doing things the right way

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the sports or entertainment industry

  • Knowledge of Las Vegas market demographics and trends
  • Familiarity with consultative sales techniques and account activation procedures
  • Experience working with lead-based systems and CRM software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
