Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team on a long-term contract basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with enrolling into their healthcare benefits during the open enrollment period. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring quality assurance, and meeting customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with enrolling into their healthcare benefits during the open enrollment period

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their healthcare benefits
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and quality assurance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or benefits-related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
