We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for resolving issues efficiently, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely manner (within 1 minute of receipt)

  • Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet the high standards of arenaflex
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour to meet customer demand
  • Operate within multiple software platforms to ensure efficient communication
  • Meet or exceed ERA (Efficiency Rate Average) targets, with coaching and possible termination for below-average performance

Education & Skills Required:

* High school diploma or GED

  • Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
  • Must have access to high-speed internet
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Schedule:

Our remote team works a flexible schedule to ensure 24/7 customer support. The typical schedule is:

  • Monday: OFF
  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Wednesday: OFF
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: OFF
