Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding important calls from customers and providing timely and effective solutions to their needs
- Scheduling appointments and organizing sales calls to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Dispatching our technicians to the homeowner in a timely and efficient manner
- Entering data and prioritizing services using our state-of-the-art computer program
- Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services

What We're Looking for
We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. If you have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computers
- CSR skills and experience in customer-facing roles
- Prior customer service experience and a background in HVAC (a plus, but not required)
