The Role
As a Data Entry Crew Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading a small team of teen data entry workers, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines. This part-time role is perfect for someone aged 16–18 who's eager to develop leadership skills, work independently, and contribute to a dynamic team. No prior management experience is required – we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed!
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter and review basic data (lists, records, digital forms) with attention to detail and accuracy
- Assign and track tasks for a small team of 3–5 teen data entry workers, ensuring timely completion and quality results
- Organize team spreadsheets and reports to facilitate efficient data management
- Report weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
- Help new hires understand basic tools and task flow, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment
You're a Great Fit If You:
* Are between 16–18 and based in the U.S.
- Possess strong attention to detail, basic tech skills, and a willingness to learn
