The Role
As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic finance and accounting solutions by identifying and co-developing technology solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners to identify business needs: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Improve financial processes, planning methodologies, and systems: Analyze existing processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
- Act as a liaison between financial planning and application development: Facilitate communication between financial planning and application development teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems.
- Conduct analyses and modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and drive strategic planning.
- Continuously enhance and innovate existing processes: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and processes to drive business growth and efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required for this role.
- 5+ years of finance/accounting and technology experience: You'll need a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and technology to be considered for this position.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial tools: You should have a solid understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Experience with OneStream, SQL, Power BI preferred: While not required, experience with OneStream, SQL, and Power BI is highly desirable for this role.
- U.S. work authorization required: You must be authorized to work in the United States to be considered for this position.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field: A master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field can be beneficial for this role.
- Experience with cloud-based financial systems: Experience with cloud-based financial systems, such as SAP or Oracle, can be an asset for this position.
- Certifications in finance or accounting: Certifications in finance or accounting, such as the CPA or CMA, can demonstrate your expertise and commitment to the field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: You should be able to analyze complex financial data and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll need to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including financial planning and application development teams.
- Strong technical skills: You should have a solid understanding of financial systems, including OneStream, SQL, and Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and efficiency.
