As a Consultant, Customer Data Solution Analyst on the CX Data Center of Excellence team within the exciting Customer Strategy & Innovation Office, you will be responsible for the delivery of data to enable personal and reassuring customer communications.

Job Summary

As a Consultant, Customer Data Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for the development and support of Customer Information capabilities for production or internal business partners. This includes leading a project through the delivery cycle from initiate, solution scoping, design and development, through implementation. You will establish business rules, requirements, information requirements, and implementation strategy for changes and enhancements to customer information both in an analytical and operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Own a portfolio of work aligned to our key business units or lines of business and prioritize that portfolio effectively

  • Generate audience or data requirements from business and marketing requestors
  • Create and deliver audience data products for the use of customer communications based on the requirements you've gathered
  • Map process flows, data flows, and technical interfaces, recommending solutions as necessary
  • Collaborate with others to implement standardized data products that enable customer communications
  • Partner on projects or initiatives that improve customer experience, specifically around customer communications

Essential Qualifications

* Postgraduate studies preferred

  • Typically 5 or more years of experience in data warehousing, statistical analysis, and marketing/customer data models and queries
  • Expert knowledge in the theory and application of computer-based analytical tools
  • Advanced knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet, business intelligence, and database warehousing applications
  • Capacity for the development, evaluation, and utilization of state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies on new application challenges
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, research, and quantitative analysis skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients, work teams, vendors, and associates
  • Proficiency in developing ad-hoc queries using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SQL, Data & Digital Tools within the Microsoft Suite, Teradata, Databricks, and data visualization skills

  • Strong understanding of customer data governance and adoption of new solutions

Skills and Competencies

* Capacity for the development, evaluation, and utilization of state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies on new application challenges

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, research, and quantitative analysis skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients, work teams, vendors, and associates
  • Proficiency in developing ad-hoc queries using SQL
  • Strong understanding of customer data governance and adoption of new solutions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $106,000.00 - $158,000.00, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
