The Role: Live Chat Specialist

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our customer support team, engaging with customers through live chat, phone, and email to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and offer exceptional support. Your primary responsibility will be to create seamless and delightful customer experiences, exceeding expectations with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
