Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Virtual Travel Data Entry Specialist to join its team. This role involves entering and managing travel-related data, including logistics, bookings, and vendor information. As a Virtual Travel Data Entry Specialist, you will work remotely and be responsible for ensuring accuracy in vendor and logistics data entry, processing and categorizing invoices and reimbursement requests, and assisting with travel scheduling and coordination as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter and update travel-related data in arenaflex's internal systems
- Verify travel booking details, itineraries, and expenses
- Maintain and organize digital travel records and reports
- Ensure accuracy in vendor and logistics data entry
- Process and categorize invoices and reimbursement requests
- Assist with travel scheduling and coordination as needed
- Follow company policies to maintain data security and confidentiality
Skills & Qualifications

Required:
+ Must be at least 18 years old + High school diploma or equivalent + Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM preferred) + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines + Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Preferred (but not required):
+ Prior experience in data entry, travel coordination, or administrative work + Familiarity with travel booking software or expense tracking systems + Strong organizational and time-management skills
