Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving initial calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinicians
  • Providing exceptional customer care, navigating complex situations, and maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes, and adapting to changing situations
  • Enhancing your customer care skills through comprehensive training and support
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient care delivery
  • Participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our services

Requirements

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills, meeting minimum requirements
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Availability for evening, weekend shifts, and holidays, paid at time and a half
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Private, patient-confidential workspace environment required
  • Background check and federal work-eligibility check will be conducted as part of the interview process
