Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Trainee on our Commercial team, you will:

  • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately
  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone
  • Ensure all customer communication is clearly documented
  • Interact through various channels, such as Chat, Phone, Email, and TEAMS
  • Educate callers to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact
  • Participate in required testing and training programs
  • Work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to assigned schedules and work overtime as required

Key Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent, sound decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Training and Development:
