Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager on our Customer Profile UI team, you'll be responsible for leading two critical teams: Page Editor and Card Library. The Page Editor team empowers customer admins by providing them with the tools to configure the customer profile, making it more effective, curated, and useful for front office teams. The Card Library team focuses on facilitating card and template discovery, allowing admins to quickly create a complete customer profile. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of new features and products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Define new layouts (i.e., grid) and containers (e.g., multi-column, popover, modal) for the customer profile and configure them

  • Unlock the ability for internal product teams to build customer profile templates that admins can pick from to quickly set up their record pages
  • Create a visually stunning card library that helps admins quickly discover and add cards and templates to complete their customer profile
  • Revision the card library to enable admins to quickly find cards and templates in a more visual way
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of new features and products
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Use data to inform product decisions and drive business growth
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding, and motivate others to achieve shared objectives

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products

  • Proven track record of launching successful products from 0 to 1 to customers
  • Experience with technical platforms, cross-team collaboration, communication, and ruthless prioritization
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations
  • Experience working on a platform product team that served both internal and external customers
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software and customer-facing products

  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment
