Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our digital database. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Data Management
+ Gather, collate, and prepare documents and materials for data entry + Input and update data in digital databases while ensuring accuracy + Conduct research to complete missing information in documents or materials
Database Maintenance
+ Perform regular database updates, backups, and monitoring + Review databases for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections + Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems
Document Handling
+ Create digital documents from paper records or dictation + Review all documents for accuracy, flagging inconsistencies to supervisors + Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and related documents
Administrative Support
+ Perform clerical duties, including scanning, filing, and printing + Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role
- Skills and Abilities:
