Job Summary

As a Customer Account Executive – Inside Sales, you'll be responsible for selling arenaflex products and services to customers in a remote call center environment. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your sales skills to present and promote our products and services in a way that adds value to their lives. Key Responsibilities

* Sell arenaflex products and services to customers in a remote call center environment

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and increase customer satisfaction
  • Present and promote arenaflex products and services in a way that adds value to customers' lives
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies to effectively communicate the value of arenaflex products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and targets, including sales revenue and customer satisfaction metrics

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2-5 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or sales environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Ability to work in a remote call center environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
