Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant and Content Moderator, you will be responsible for managing community interactions on arenaflex's popular platforms, including Twitch, Discord, and YouTube. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Moderating content to ensure that community guidelines are followed and that our online communities remain safe and respectful
  • Providing basic customer support to users through live chat, including answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Utilizing tools such as Facebook Messenger to engage with users and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Responsibilities

* Moderate content on arenaflex's popular platforms, including Twitch, Discord, and YouTube, to ensure that community guidelines are followed and that our online communities remain safe and respectful

  • Provide basic customer support to users through live chat, including answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Utilize tools such as Facebook Messenger to engage with users and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote user growth and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest community management best practices and industry trends

Requirements
