Job Duties

As a Customer Experience Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying cloud and identity solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and intuitive experience with our products and services. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and testing operating systems-level software compilers, and network distribution software to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
  • Planning, architecting, deploying, or supporting complex client/server or base software systems to ensure scalability and reliability
  • Setting operational specifications and formulating and analyzing software requirements to meet customer needs
  • Establishing standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes to ensure comprehensive and scalable recovery plans across multiple groups and services
  • Developing or contributing to creating implementation, validation, and rollback plans to ensure smooth deployment and minimal downtime
  • Leading investigations of problems using standard and custom problem management tools and processes to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience:

36 months of experience in any computer-related occupation

Specific Skills:

36 months of experience in each of the following: + Azure Services + Azure + Azure Active Directory + Azure AD Connect + Active Directory Federation Services

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud and identity solutions
  • Certification in Azure, Azure Active Directory, or related technologies
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance

Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies:

  • Strong technical expertise in cloud and identity solutions, including Azure, Azure Active Directory, and Azure AD Connect
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to design and develop customer-centric solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base pay range: $182,312 to $212,312 per year
  • Merit increases, annual bonus, and stock awards based on individual performance
  • Sales incentives based on revenue or utilization
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits
  • 10 scheduled paid holidays per calendar year
  • Up to 80 hours Holistic Health Time Off per calendar year
