Job Overview

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, ensuring their primary concerns are satisfied, and providing timely responses to their inquiries. This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days of presence in our Chicago office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer and respond to high-volume inbound calls and emails from arenaflex members daily, assisting with account questions and providing information related to a member's account.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for various loyalty rewards programs with arenaflex and other partner brands when assisting with member inquiries.
  • Analyze member account issues, troubleshoot, and negotiate resolutions.
  • Assist in processing missing dining benefit transactions.
  • Perform all other duties as defined by management.

Do You Have the Right Mix of Ingredients?

* High School Diploma or GED required.

  • At least 2 years of inbound call center or customer service experience.
  • Experience using call center computer software.
  • AS400 system experience preferred.
  • Ability to type 30 WPM.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and internet search engines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Expected Pay Range:
