Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Caregiver Lead Coordinator to manage chat employment leads from AidQuest. As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and reviewing chat employment leads from AidQuest
  • Maintaining the visibility of the job posting to "Internal" to prevent it from being advertised on job boards
  • Coordinating with caregivers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to provide excellent care to our clients
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Providing exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and review chat employment leads from AidQuest

  • Maintain the visibility of the job posting to "Internal" to prevent it from being advertised on job boards
  • Coordinate with caregivers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to provide excellent care to our clients
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with caregivers and clients
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to caregiver recruitment and retention
  • Analyze and report on caregiver recruitment and retention metrics

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in caregiver recruitment and retention

  • Proven track record of successfully managing chat employment leads and coordinating with caregivers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, healthcare administration)

  • Experience working in the healthcare or social services industry
  • Knowledge of caregiver recruitment and retention best practices
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Caregiver Recruiter)
