As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in accurately inputting patient information into a comprehensive report format, diligently seeking erroneous or inconsistent information, and verifying and correcting the inaccurate information. About the Role:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Registering patient demographics and specimen samples in the LIS (Laboratory Information System)
- Gathering data to identify areas of improvement
- Understanding and performing basic quality control protocols
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally to achieve high-quality patient care
- Performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
* 0-1 Years with High School Diploma and/or Equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry software
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a healthcare or medical setting
- Knowledge of laboratory information systems and data entry software
- Certification in medical terminology or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
