Job Summary

As a mostly remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for managing incoming faxes, handling phone calls, and ensuring accurate data entry to confirm prescription coverage. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic call center environment. With a competitive hourly rate of $18.75, this opportunity offers a great starting point for your career in customer service.

Responsibilities

* Manage incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details

  • Ensure all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
  • Follow up with providers to obtain missing details
  • Accurately input data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
  • Handle approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any issues or concerns related to prescription coverage

Requirements

* Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (preferably in a call center)

  • Must be a resident of Massachusetts
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both fax and phone-based tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data entry and communication

* Previous experience in a healthcare-related field or customer service role

  • Familiarity with prescription coverage processes and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
