Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team in Birmingham, AL. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, and recommending products and services that meet their needs. You'll also support our marketing campaigns and promotional strategies, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Recommend products and services that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible experience
  • Support our marketing campaigns and promotional strategies, ensuring that our customers are aware of our latest offers and promotions
  • Escalate high-level complaints to management for immediate resolution
  • Assist with product replacement when needed
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a retail customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional bending, climbing, and walking required

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a retail customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
