Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Develop leadership skills through training and mentorship programs
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications
* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
