Job Summary

As a Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing data entry tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Reaching out to clients to discuss end-of-term options and provide information on available services
  • Processing data entry tasks, including logging and processing returned mail and titles
  • Following up with clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Responsibilities

* Sends welcome letters to new clients

  • Contacts clients to discuss end-of-term options and provide information on available services
  • Sets accurate and timely call back dates and statuses in the system
  • Sends notification letters to clients regarding end-of-lease options
  • Logs and processes returned mail and titles
  • Follows up with clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provides exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a diplomatic and professional manner
  • Collaborates with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participates in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
