Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers to resolve their issues and provide solutions
  • Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
  • Answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

Compensation

The salary for this role is $22-$27 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

Location

The position is located in Reno, NV, and requires a commitment to working onsite during regular business hours.
