Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent), you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing insurance recommendations, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Providing insurance recommendations and quotes to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Property/Casualty Insurance License
- 1+ years of experience in insurance sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in insurance software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM software and systems
