Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our extensive range of products and services
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, including product, pricing, and shipping information
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- A strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
